Other Festivals and Celebrations
MIMS PTO also hosts an international festival in the spring, to showcase the diversity of our school’s families. In addition, the PTO sponsors events for National Hispanic Heritage month (Sept. 15-Oct. 15), Black/African-American History month (February), and Asian/Pacific American Heritage month (May). PTO also hosts a Boohoo/Woohoo back to school event for parents and a spring family night to welcome new families to the school.
